JALAPENO CHEESE BREAD

INGREDIents

 

845g all-purpose flour

4 teaspoons of sea salt

1 1/2 tablespoons of instant or rapid rise yeast

710ml luke warm water around 40 degrees

3/4 cup of cheese, divided

1 finely diced jalapeno pepper

Cornmeal - for dusting the pan
